Field of Honor®

June 30-July 4 | Park is open from Dawn to Dusk | Seven Gables Park

This moving display is a gift to the community made possible through donations, sponsorships, and the efforts of many dedicated volunteers. You can show your support and gratitude by sponsoring a flag or making a donation.

Creating an awe-inspiring panorama, United States flags will fly in a solemn formation at Seven Gables Park from June 30 through July 4, 2023. This stirring display of 2,000 flags will bring the community together in a patriotic tribute to honor our heroes. Each U.S. flag represents an individual and tells a story. Flags may be sponsored to honor individuals currently serving in our active-duty military, fallen servicemen & women, first responders, heroes in our lives, all veterans, and hometown heroes. The experience can be difficult to describe but will never be forgotten. We invite all to visit the Wheaton Park District and Warrenville VFW Post 8081 Field of Honor® patriotic display and walk with us among the posted flags. The display is open to all without charge.

Don’t miss it!
