How the Reservation Process Works

- Process Your Reservation
Reservations must be processed at the Park Services Center:- Address: 1000 Manchester Road, Wheaton – View Map
- Hours: Monday-Friday from 7A-3P
- Valid I.D. Required
- Pay for Your Reservation

- Obtain a Permit
You will sign a permit when you process your reservation. Permits must be brought to event. More about permits >
- Deposit fees are refunded after your event
If paying with check or cash, please allow 10-15 days for the refund check to reach you.
NOTE:
Please review the Preferred Vendors List (PDF) before choosing a vendor for your event. All vendors have proper licensing and Certificates of Insurance required. These vendors may be used at any and all facilities without additional fees or monetary obligation by the client.
*Arrowhead Golf Club events are excluded from the preferred vendor list. Please see an Arrowhead Event Coordinator for a list of approved vendors and options.

Hurley Gardens is one of Wheaton’s most beautiful gardens. These European style gardens are host to many weddings and photo opportunities. The Gardens are located at Creekside Drive, just west of Adare Drive. This small two-acre park has one tennis court. Rental Fee* – $60 residents and $120 nonresidents ~ Rates based on a 4-hr. rental, in addition to a $100.00 refundable deposit fee. (Additional time $25.00 per additional hour)
All Level II parks offer public washrooms, picnic shelters and open spaces for your guests to enjoy. Playgrounds are to remain open to the public.

Northside Park is the largest of the Wheaton Parks at 68 acres, located at 1300 N West St, Wheaton, IL 60187. This historic park includes amenities such as public washrooms, a picnic shelter, basketball courts, a baseball field, tennis courts, petanque court, soccer fields, an ice skating rink, a playground (for ages 5-12 years), and a tot lot (for ages 2-5 years). Maximum rental guest capacity is 100.
- Girl Scout Cabin was built in the 1930’s by the Works Progress Administration and is host to many summer camps. The building capacity is 25. The fire pit capacity is 50.
- Four-hour rentals are available for $60.00 in addition to a refundable $100.00 deposit fee.
- Overnight rentals are available on weekends. Rental fee* – $200.00 residents and $400.00 nonresidents in addition to a $250.00 deposit fee which will be refunded after your event.*
- Boy Scout Cabin was built in the 1930’s by the Works Progress Administration and has been host to many Boy Scout activities over the past 80 years. The building capacity is 25. The fire pit capacity is 25.
- Four hour rentals are available for $60.00 in addition to a refundable $100.00 deposit fee.
- Overnight rentals are available on weekends. Rental fee* – $200.00 residents and $400.00 nonresidents in addition to a $250.00 deposit fee which will be refunded after your event.*

Level III parks offer a wide variety of amenities. Each park offers wide open spaces for your guests to enjoy. Playgrounds are remain open to the general public.
