Preferred Vendors

Preferred Vendor List
Please review the Preferred Vendors List (PDF) before choosing a vendor for your event. All vendors have proper licensing and Certificates of Insurance required. These vendors may be used at any and all facilities without additional fees or monetary obligation by the client.

*Arrowhead Golf Club events are excluded from preferred vendor list. Please see an Arrowhead Event Coordinator for a list of approved vendors and options.

Permits

Park Rental Permits
A permit is not guaranteed until payment is received and a signed rental waiver is on file. The permit is required to be kept onsite with the person renting the park shelter during the rental time. A security deposit is required for rentals.

Photo Permits
A permit is not guaranteed until payment is received and a signed rental waiver is on file. The permit is required to be kept onsite with the person renting the park area during the rental time. Suggested parks for photos include Hurley Gardens, Northside Park and Seven Gables Park.
