Recognition for Eagle Scout, Troop 23, Scott Fleming

Scott was recognized at the November 14, 2012 Wheaton Park District Board Meeting for his project at the Lincoln Marsh Natural Area. The project included a vegetated “green roof” model for environmental education program participants to learn about this technology.
